10-YEAR WARRANTY
Travelway warrants to the original purchaser that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for ten (10) years from the date of purchase. At our discretion, we will either repair, replace or exchange the merchandise in accordance with the warranty terms stated herein. Exchanges are based on availability of the product. In the case that a product is no longer available, we will replace it at our discretion with a similar item. This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, repairs made or attempted by unauthorized persons or airline mishandling. If an airline or any other carrier damages this product, it is the owner’s responsibility to file a damage claim with that airline or carrier. This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages, such as loss or damage to the contents of this product.

GARANTIE DE 10 ANS
Travelway offre à l’acheteur d’origine une garantie de dix (10) ans à partir de la date d’achat contre tout défaut de fabrication. À notre discrétion, nous réparerons, remplacerons ou échangerons le produit conformément aux modalités de la garantie stipulées aux présentes. Les échanges sont effectués en fonction de la disponibilité de l’article. Si un article n’est plus disponible, nous l’échangerons à notre discrétion pour un article similaire de même valeur. Cette garantie ne couvre pas les dommages accidentels, l’utilisation excessive, l’usure normale ni les réparations effectuées par des personnes non autorisées ou la manipulation abusive de la part de la ligne aérienne. Si une compagnie aérienne ou tout autre moyen de transport endommage cet article, il incombe à son propriétaire de porter plainte auprès de cette compag-nie. Cette garantie ne couvre pas non plus les dommages accessoires ou indirects, tels que la perte ou les dégâts, infligés au contenu de cet article.
