It is not mandatory to register your warranty - however registering makes the claims process easier.

Covers defects that result from regular normal use and significantly affect the utility of the bag (i.e. handle rips off or retractable handle doesn’t retract). Regular wear and tear is not covered.

 

If it is a replacement under warranty then Travelway pays for the shipping to customer

No refunds issued through Travelway. Only the retailers can issue refunds.
